This article investigates a distributed adaptive dual control that employs both consensus algorithm and improved equal incremental principle (IEIP), to guarantee the security operation while reducing energy consumption of Internet (EI). Since is critical factor EI with hub (EH), it necessary for adjust outputs EHs system parameters, which have great influence on performance. The consensus-based can resolve energy-coupling issue accurately share electricity heat loads power without requiring information network hard know. Meanwhile, variations parameters caused by droop action greatly impact EI. It be adaptively recovered executing proposed strategy. Furthermore, in order reduce consumption, equipment hubs should also managed view features EH. minimal loss achieved utilizing devices via IEIP considering coupling characteristics devices. performance method demonstrated through numerical case studies.
